Fabulous service. We needed a lift from Flint station to Chester, and he was waiting for us 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I was within about 8 minutes of Chester when I discovered I'd left my phone in my car at Flint. So I asked if we could go back, and without hesitation, he turned around and sped back to Flint. That was three journeys instead of the one quoted, but gave me a discount and only charged for two trips. I highly recommend this company.
We were met at Heathrow by driver Sion, who was there ready, although I cleared Immigration and claimed my case on entering from New Zealand remarkably quickly. We were on the road within 25 minutes of the flight landing at 5:55 am! After a long journey from the South Island via Auckland and Singapore, it was great to have Valley Cars' excellent service for the final leg.
We had a smooth and comfortable ride back to Holywell, arriving before 10 am.
The price was reasonable, and I was entirely happy with the service. It is a very reliable and ethical company.
The driver was always on time, helped me with my cases and was always friendly. He even helped me with my cases out of the car park at the Airport.
On landing, he was tracking my return flight and called to say he was 10 minutes away.
